Cost Management
We will establish and coordinate reliable budgets against the project plan and manage these budgets. We will work on valuation of construction work-in-progress, and review/approve Contractor's application for payments and settle contractual claims and final accounts.
Construction Supervision
From incorporating changes and developing cash flow accordingly to regular site inspections to maintain 'file of inspection' reports, Steelers International will schedule and conduct progress meetings to discuss and resolve matters arising, work to achieve best performance from the team and determine that all work is in line with that of the contract documents.
Health & Safety
Health & Safety is a key part of the construction of any building today, and it is imperative that Client's comply fully with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. Steelers International will provide a Health & Safety Policy for their elements, provide the Client's Contractors and Suppliers with all appropriate information for them to fully comply and hold necessary 'tool-box' talks and ensure that all parties are working in the safest possible manner.
